People are Susan's passion. As the owner and manager of Susan Simosko Associates, Inc., she has been at the forefront of education and training innovations around the world for more than 25 years.

Through her work, she has motivated and supported organizations and individuals to set and achieve outstanding results through dynamic strategic planning, collaborative efforts, and shared leadership-always drawing on the creative energies and individual strengths of everyone involved.

Over the years she has worked with hundreds of organizations in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and elsewhere. Her clients include all levels of governments, businesses, unions, professional associations, health regulatory bodies and non-profit organizations.

She is the author of eight books and dozens of articles and is a widely recognized leader and facilitator in education, training and communication.

As a life long learner, Susan has performed as a jazz musician, dancer and mime. She has worked as a teacher, certified massage therapist and weight training instructor. She brings this eclectic wealth of experience to her innovative and creative work with people.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bethany College, West Virginia and a Master of Arts degree from Rutgers University, New Jersey.
